1. Order Processing

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

• LTL Freight Services for pallet-sized and large bulk shipments

We choose the most efficient shipping method based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, order size, and destination.

• Bulk orders may qualify for discounted or negotiated freight rates.

• You may also choose to use your own freight account — contact us after placing your order.

5. Freight Shipping (Bulk Orders)

For large volume or pallet orders:

• We use LTL freight services

• A loading dock or forklift may be required for delivery

• Residential deliveries may incur additional fees

• We will coordinate delivery preferences before shipping

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within the United States.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for bulk or freight orders.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Please inspect packages upon delivery.

• If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

• We will file a claim with the carrier and send replacements if necessary.

8. Tracking Your Order
